What we collect,
and what we don't.

This site is deliberately small. It has no accounts, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no advertising. The only personal information it handles is what you deliberately type into it, and this page says exactly what happens to that.

What we collect

Two things, and only when you choose to send them.

  • The solver. Your answers — role, sector, stage, team size, revenue band and what you are looking for — stay in your browser and are never sent anywhere unless you submit the email form on the result card. If you do submit it, we receive those answers together with the email address you typed and the service the solver recommended.
  • Direct contact. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold whatever you send: your name, your contact details and the contents of the conversation.

Browsing this site without submitting anything leaves no record with us. Choosing options in the solver is not submitting — nothing leaves your browser until you press the button.

Why we collect it

To answer you. The solver's answers are the reason the reply can be about your company rather than a brochure — a recommendation without the stage and the constraint behind it is worth very little.

Where a legal basis is required, ours is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and your consent for the email address you entered.

What we don't do

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising or remarketing tags.
  • No cookies. The site sets none, and nothing is stored on your device.
  • No selling, renting or sharing your details with anyone for their own marketing.
  • No mailing list. We do not add you to a newsletter, because there isn't one.
  • No automated decisions about you. The solver's recommendation is a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of you, and it is not stored against your name.

Who else is involved

Running any website means using a few outside services. These are ours, in full:

  • Our web host. Serves the pages. Like every web server, it records requests, including IP addresses, in standard server logs.
  • Google Fonts. The typefaces load from Google's servers, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. If you would rather that did not happen, the fonts can be self-hosted — tell us and we will.
  • A form processor. If you submit the solver's email form, the submission passes through a form service on its way to our inbox. We will name it here as soon as it is live.
  • Email and WhatsApp. Standard providers, subject to their own terms, for the conversations we have with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and their solver answers are kept for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so that we can pick a thread back up. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we do it, and we do not keep a copy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. There is no form and no process — email us and we will action it, normally the same week.

Depending on where you are, these rights may sit under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, the UAE's data protection law or the UK and EU GDPR. We apply the same standard to everyone regardless of which one applies to you.

Contact

Questions about any of this, or a request to see or delete what we hold, go to the same place as everything else:

If we ever change this page, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is material, anyone we are already in conversation with will be told directly rather than left to notice.
